Early Career Associate

To learn, support and gradually take on responsibilities in Sales or Sales overlay function. The role equips fresh graduates with a holistic understanding of the sales ecosystem and develops skills required to progress into a frontline sales or Sales overlay role. Key Responsibilities Undergo structured learning on IT Services, Sales Process, Industry Vertical and Organizational offerings Shadow Sales & Sales Overlay professional to understand the real-world sales practices Assist in preparing proposals, presentation and Sales collateral Work with sales team in research, market mapping and account profiling activities Collaborate with internal stakeholders like Marketing, legal etc Set learning goals and complete milestones in sales/sales overlay as required Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
