Position Overview We are seeking motivated and empathetic interns pursuing degrees in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields. This internship provides hands‑on experience in youth and family support, case management, and Wraparound philosophy, while working alongside experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Support case managers and learn how to submit documentation Shadow Care Managers and observe family‑team meetings Learn about mental health and social service resources Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, cultural sensitivity, and professionalism Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Basic organizational and documentation skills Preferred Skills (Not Required) Prior volunteer or internship experience in social services or mental health Knowledge of behavioral and mental health interventions Familiarity with case management systems Learning Outcomes Gain practical experience in mental health and social service settings Develop client interaction and assessment skills Understand ethical and professional standards in practice Build a foundation for future careers in social work or psychology #J-18808-Ljbffr Monmouth Cares, Inc.
