Unit Manager (RN)

Location: 100 Franklin Street, Poughkeepsie, New York, 12601 What You’ll Do: As an RN Unit Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the nursing staff within a dedicated unit. Your role is instrumental in ensuring the delivery of quality care, fostering a positive work environment, ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. We are seeking a candidate with long-term care experience and previous unit manager experience. Experience in dementia and memory care is preferred. This is a full-time, salaried position, working Monday through Friday, with some weekends required as needed. The position also requires participation in the on-call rotation. WEEKLY PAY!
