Customer Service Representative

Overview Lend Nation is looking for an energetic, positive Full Time Customer Service Representative to join our team at Branch 4608 located at 601 S Main St, Ste. B, Goodlettsville, TN 37072. This is a full-time entry‑level position with potential for growth. Responsibilities Complete cash transactions for customers. Initiate customer loans. Contact customers about past‑due payments. Work rotating shifts, including some Saturdays; Sundays off. Requirements Excellent customer service skills. Cash handling experience. Proficiency with computers and standard office equipment. Safe, secure, reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Reliable attendance. Minimum 19 years of age.
