We are an employee-focused, equal opportunity employer and would love to have you join our team.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:· Contribute to the overall effectiveness of facility operations through proper product handling, organization, and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.· Tape or stretch-wrap pallets as required to ensure product stability.· Ensure proper stock rotation by following lot number identification.· Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service and/or company standards.· Pallet height can reach up to seven (7) feet.· Efficiently move product from the staging or storage areas into railcars or trailers.· Perform janitorial duties including, but not limited to: emptying trash containers, sweeping, and cleaning.· Complete project work such as labeling, slip sheeting, removing and adding spacers, repacking, and stacking cases.· Operate various pieces of equipment including double jacks, floor scrubbers, and powered carts.· Operate autonomous forklifts safely in both manual and autonomous modes.· Forklift operation only as needed.· Perform traditional lumper related tasks such as unloading and loading trailers, stacking product, reporting damaged product, as well as staging and preparing product for shipment.· Ensure that product is received and shipped properly referencing the correct locations, lot number, and picking locations.The Job Specifics:· Location and Department: Operations· Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor· Travel Amount: Minimal· Job Type, EEO, and Job Code: Full-Time, Non-Exempt JOB CODESalary Range: $20.95 - $22.45Shift: 8PM-430AM, Sun - Thu (overtime dependent on workload)What We Are Looking For:The Ideal candidate will have or be able to complete the below qualifications.· Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.Other Abilities You Will Need to Have: The requirements described below are representative of those required to perform the essential duties of this position.
