Job Summary:

Onyx Care of Farmerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and care planning for patients to ensure individualized attention and exceptional outcomes

• Manage and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance patient care and staff performance

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and employee training programs to promote excellence in patient care and staff development

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and other documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA

Requirements:

• RN Unit Manager certification or registered nursing license (RN)

• MINIMUM 0 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a similar role or with a strong background in patient-centered care

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of caregivers

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology
