Key Qualifications:

• Current license from the Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education in Speech and Hearing Disabilities (all levels)
• Valid or eligible license from the Massachusetts Board of Allied Health
• Certification by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA-CCC) or strong Clinical Fellow candidates
• Relevant experience or interest in serving an elementary school caseload
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive educational atmosphere

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students, both individually and in groups
• Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop IEP goals, and collaborate on progress monitoring
• Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and generalization of skills across settings
• Maintain required documentation, progress notes, and compliance with all district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and team collaborations

This full-time contract position (34 hours per week) runs through June 18, 2027. You’ll work alongside skilled professionals, contribute to a positive school culture, and have the chance to grow your expertise throughout a multi-year assignment.
