Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Urgency: Quick Start

Pay Rate:

$45/hr to $50/hr
Overtime: After 40 hours/week at +$10/hour
Holiday Rate: +$10/hour
No on-call requirements

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week contract at Eastern Montana Veterans Home. The PTA will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitative care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Long-Term Care (LTC) setting, helping patients improve mobility and functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Monitor and document patient progress
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements:

Active Montana PTA license (required)
Minimum 1 year of experience
Experience in SNF or LTC settings preferred
