Centralized Leasing Specialist

Supporting leasing performance across multiple multifamily communities, the full-time Centralized Leasing Specialist will engage with prospects through various communication channels, coordinate leasing activities, and manage application and lease processes in a fully remote environment. Key responsibilities Engage with prospects via phone, email, chat, and SMS, qualifying leads and maintaining CRM records Coordinate onsite and virtual tours, ensuring seamless communication with both prospects and onsite teams Assist with application and lease documentation, including reviewing applications for completeness and managing move-in coordination Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 2-4 years of experience in leasing, customer service, sales, or operations preferred Multifamily housing experience strongly preferred Experience with property management systems and leasing platforms preferred Proficiency in managing customer interactions through multiple communication channels Virtual Vocations Inc
