Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: Starting at $116.46/hour (range up to $140.91/hour based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients
• Perform detailed assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostic reviews
• Manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and promote preventive health care
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evidence and guidelines
• Conduct in-person and virtual visits as needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, screenings, and labs
• Counsel patients on disease prevention, wellness, and chronic condition management
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and practice cost-effective care
• Stay current with latest medical practices through continuing education

What You Need

• Valid Texas medical license or eligible for licensure
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care
• Strong communication and patient engagement skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
