Kansas Secured Title is currently seeking an Escrow Processor to join our team in Topeka, Kansas .

Position Responsibilities

• Prepare real estate closing documents accurately and efficiently
• Schedule and coordinate real estate closings
• Present closing documents to buyers, sellers, and borrowers for signature
• Review and satisfy title requirements prior to closing
• Balance and reconcile closing files
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and other customers
• Ensure all transactions are completed in compliance with company standards and industry regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Knowledge of real estate transactions
• Knowledge of loan documentation and closing procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and problem-solving skills
