The Boulders Resort and Spa is a large, high-end resort that spans an impressive 33,000 sq. ft. Offering a luxurious spa, championship golf, and exclusive service in a uniquely dramatic setting - 1,300 acres of the Sonoran Desert foothills with panoramic views of 12-million-year-old boulder formations

The Kitchen Steward's responsibilities include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of all BOH areas of the hotel.
- Deep cleaning of all kitchens.
- Driving golf carts when needed (property specific).
Education & Experience:
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.
- Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.
- Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
Job Duties & Functions:
- Clean Kitchens and BOH areas (including floors, walls, equipment, stainless, and vents)
- Practice safe work habits to ensure the safety of guests, fellow associates, and self.
- Complete the daily assignment checklist and submit it to the supervisor at the end of the day.
- Perform other tasks/jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
