3rd Shift Warehouse Worker

Starting Pay: $21/hr. Company: LKQ Corporation. The Warehouse Associate role includes responsibilities in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and operating warehouse equipment. Responsibilities Receive and put away inbound product to designated location. Pick/pull correct product from the appropriate locations and deliver to staging area/delivery truck. Operate manual/powered equipment to transport product in and about the warehouse. Sort and place parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence. Maintain orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas. Comply with established company policies and procedures. Assume other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not responsible for supervising employees. Minimum & Preferred Requirements Up to 1 year of work‑related experience. High School Diploma or GED. Warehouse or similar work environment experience. Prior experience operating PIT equipment such as forklift or order picker. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure (whole numbers, fractions, decimals). Basic computer skills. Effective oral communication of standard messages. Ability to write brief messages and keep simple records. Resolve simple, repetitive problems following clear directions and procedures. Follow standard procedures with no decision making involved. Follow guidance or guidelines provided by supervisor/manager. Follow assignments and priorities from supervisor/manager. Essential Physical Demands / Work Environment Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods and work in cramped spaces or under vehicles. Must be willing to wear personal protective equipment and to be exposed to extreme temperatures, high noise levels, and hazardous situations. May need to travel, including overnight stays. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.
