Provide astute creative direction and constructive feedback on copy and visual creative deliverables to maintain brand excellence. Proactively identify and champion opportunities to enhance merchandising strategies, content quality, and overall customer experiences. Present compelling proposals, insightful performance analyses, and key learnings to senior leadership and diverse cross-functional stakeholders. Develop detailed merchandising plans and proficiently utilize merchandising tools to facilitate seamless setup and execution of initiatives. What You'll Bring Must-Have Qualifications 3+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce, retail, or the technology industry, with a strong background in digital merchandising, marketing, or a closely related field.
