Compensation: $20.00 per hour paid weekly

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Handler workers for an HVAC manufacturing company in Maple Grove, MN. In this role, youll support the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility and help keep production running smoothly. What Youll Do as a Material Handler:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and delivery vehicles
• Transport materials to production, storage, or shipping areas
• Receive and inspect incoming materials against documentation
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for shipment or production
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance or safety issues
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need to Bring to the Material Handler Role:

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Previous forklift or material handling experience required
• Basic math and documentation skills
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
