We are seeking a motivated Project Assistant Manager with 23 years of construction administration or project coordination experience. The ideal candidate is detailoriented, organized, and proficient in QuickBooks and general construction processes. This role supports project operations through administrative, financial, and coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with daily project oversight and scheduling
• Track milestones, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Maintain organized project files and prepare reports/documentation
• Support permitting, compliance paperwork, and closeout packages
• Review purchase orders, create work orders, and assist with job costing
• Communicate updates between office staff, field crews, and external partners

Qualifications

• 23 years in construction administration or project coordination
• QuickBooks proficiency required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency; project management software a plus
