Job Title: Pediatric Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum years of experience required as per job description. License: Will accept both temporary or pending licenses, or confirmation a traveler will have a license in hand prior to start. Certifications: Required certifications must be met as per job description. Must-Have: - Previous hospice and home health experience required. - Supervisory references needed. - Experience with HomeCare HomeBase charting system preferred. - Flexibility to work holidays. Description: Position involves coverage for hospice and home health services for pediatric patients. Experience in hospice and home health care is required for this role. Additional experience may be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Expectations include maintaining patient care standards and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to the necessary requirements and qualifications.
