What You'll Do

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and advanced treatments
• Supervise CNAs and LPNs
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical interventions
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives

What You Need Required:

- Active Georgia RN license - BLS certification (ACLS/PALS depending on specialty) - Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills - Leadership and delegation abilities - Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice

Preferred:

- BSN degree (increasingly preferred by top facilities) - 2+ years of RN experience in specialty area (Med-Surg, ICU, ER, etc.) - Specialty certifications (CCRN, CEN, etc.)
