You will be expected to manage shifts, coach employees, maintain product and service standards, solve problems in real time, and work directly alongside your team during busy periods.This is not an office-management position. Our Store Leader is actively involved in serving customers, preparing products, training employees, maintaining store standards, and making sure the operation runs properly from open to close.Our business is built around three priorities:Customer Experience. Product Consistency. Culture.The Meadows Original Frozen Custard has been serving customers since 1950.
