Job Title: Teleoperations Control Center Specialist Location: Scottsdale, AZ Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift available What's the Job? Monitor and support real‑time operations through secure systems Assist automated platforms during operational exceptions and complex scenarios Follow established safety and operational procedures in time‑sensitive situations Communicate clearly with internal operations and support teams Document events, system activity, and operational outcomes What's Needed? Experience working in fast‑paced, screen‑based environments (such as technical monitoring, control centers, gaming, simulation, or multi‑system platforms) is required Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Ability to remain calm and effective in fast‑paced, high‑reliability environments Availability to work one weekend day per week and all major holidays High School Diploma or GED Valid Arizona driver’s license What's in it for me?
