Electrician

Your knees are shot from crawlspaces, or you are a younger electrician realizing that pulling wire is not the only way to make real money in this trade. You know the code, you know the panels, and most importantly, you know how to talk to homeowners. ARC Electrical Services is looking for a closer to cover San Jose to Palo Alto. You will not be doing the install. You run the leads we hand you, walk the home, scope the job, quote it, and close it. Panel upgrades, rewires, EV chargers. Our crews handle the heavy lifting. Who you are: A veteran electrician looking to leverage your knowledge without breaking your back. OR... A hungry electrician with 3-4 years of residential service experience ready to transition into high-ticket sales. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid CA license, and pass a background/drug test. What you get: Qualified leads and an uncapped percentage of everything you sell. Fast payment and your own schedule. A licensed company that does great work, so you never have to apologize for the install. No hourly. No draw. No cap. If you close, you win. Principals only — no recruiters. #J-18808-Ljbffr ARC Electrical Services
