Certified Forklift Operator

Location: Greenville, SC
Pay: $19/hour

Position Overview

A growing construction and development company is seeking a Certified Forklift Operator to support active construction projects. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently moving materials, equipment, and supplies throughout job sites while supporting overall project operations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stage materials.

• Move construction materials, equipment, and supplies throughout job sites.

• Load and unload deliveries as needed.

• Inspect equipment before use and report any safety or maintenance concerns.

• Follow all OSHA, site-specific, and company safety procedures.

• Maintain organized material storage and work areas.

• Coordinate with supervisors and construction crews to support project needs.

• Perform additional material-handling duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current forklift certification.

• At least 1 year of forklift operating experience.

• Construction or warehouse experience preferred.

• Ability to safely operate equipment in active work environments.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
