ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Routine Cleaning: Keep spaces fresh, vibrant, and welcoming by executing core cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
Guest Rooms / Facilities: Create pristine guest experiences by making comfortable beds, refreshing linens, sparkling up bathrooms, and fully restocking rooms/facilities with fresh supplies (towels, soaps, and amenities).
Common Area Maintenance: Showcase high standards by keeping lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and communal workspaces looking spotless and inviting.
Standards Compliance: Take pride in delivering quality cleanliness that consistently meets or exceeds client standards.
Safety & Hazard Reporting: Champion safety by following cleaning schedules, chemical safety guidelines, and protective protocols. Keep operations smooth by promptly spotting and reporting any maintenance needs to supervisors.
Team Collaboration: Partner with enthusiastic team members and supportive supervisors to efficiently accomplish daily zone cleaning goals together!
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Dependability: Must be reliable, punctual, self-motivated, and ready to bring a positive energy to the team.
Experience: No experience needed-we are excited to train you! Comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. (Any prior background in janitorial, housekeeping, or hospitality is a great bonus!)
Background Check: Clean background regarding theft or DWI; other cases are reviewed on an individual basis.

Uniform: Core Personnel proudly provides your official work shirt!
Pants: Black trousers or chinos (no leggings, tights, or skinny jeans are permitted).
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and squat for the duration of an 8-to-12-hour shift.
Lifting: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry cleaning supplies or linens weighing up to 30-50 lbs.
Repetitive Motions: Ability to perform repetitive hand-eye coordination tasks quickly and accurately.
