Medical Laboratory Scientist

Position: Full-Time / Multiple Shifts (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex laboratory procedures in chemistry, hematology, microbiology, and blood bank.
• Maintain and operate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
• Analyze and interpret laboratory data, adhering to stringent quality control measures.
• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals for precise patient diagnosis and treatment.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or related field.
• ASCP or equivalent certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
• Experience with Epic Beaker and SoftBank LIS systems preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, adept in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
