Position Overview

The OB/GYN Medical Director will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN care while acting as a clinical leader within our integrated model. You will work closely with Certified Nurse Midwives, hospital teams, and leadership to provide high-quality, accessible care while fostering a sustainable practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver full-scope OB/GYN care, including gynecological procedures and surgeries.

• Act as Medical Director, steering clinical strategy and care delivery.

• Collaborate with and support CNMs, focusing on higher-acuity and complex cases.

• Lead the development of clinical protocols, quality initiatives, and patient safety measures.

• Partner with leadership on operational growth and community impact.

• Participate in laborist call as a backup to in-house CNMs.

• Engage in continuous improvement, education, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN

• Preferred 5+ years of clinical experience

• Strong preference for prior leadership experience

• Experience in robotic surgery

• Active DEA registration

• Tennessee medical license (or ability to obtain one)

• Dedication to collaborative, patient-centered care
