Purchasing Receiver
Location: Crouse, NC
PayRate- $18/hr DOE
Monday-Friday- 6:30 AM TO 3:10 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing Receiver to join our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be the critical link between procurement and production. You will manage the intake of raw materials and ensure accuracy in our inventory systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment with computer data entry skills.

Key Responsibilities
· Receive & Verify: Verify packing slips against purchase orders (POs), and confirm quantities received.
· Data Entry: Input delivery data into the ERP system immediately to maintain real-time inventory tracking.
· Resolve Variations: Document discrepancies (shortages, overages, damages) and collaborate with buyers and vendors to resolve them.
· Audit Inventory: Support weekly cycle counts and periodic physical inventory audits to maintain accuracy.

Required Qualifications
· Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
· Experience: 1–3 years of receiving, material handling, or inventory control experience in a manufacturing setting.
· Tech Skills: Proficiency with ERP/MRP software

Preferred Skills
· Math skills for inventory counts.
· Exceptional attention to detail to catch PO discrepancies.
· Clear written and verbal communication for vendor coordination.
