Job Details Level: Experienced Job Location: Phoenix - Phoenix, AZ 85040 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: High School Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 Hourly Job Shift: Day Shift Responsibilities Read and understand production tickets Set up and run machines to job specifications Perform routine maintenance at recommended intervals Identify and troubleshoot problems Assure quality of finished product Adhere to all safety policies and procedures Work with all departments throughout Prisma Keep workspace clean and organized Demonstrate good problem‑solving skills Maintain a good attendance record Develop and maintain business relationships with coworkers Provide input on forming best practices Help build a stronger company every day Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years in production field related to stitching/finishing in commercial printing High school diploma or equivalent Mechanical skills Ability to sit, stand, kneel and crouch Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Well organized and self‑starter Ability to work independently and as part of a team High attention to detail and proven multi‑tasker Strong work ethic, professional attitude, and reliability Sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy Sense of humor Belief in teamwork Comfortable with change and quick to adapt Brings personality and values diversity of perspectives Legal Stuff Prisma is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
