StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. 

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday; Clinic and clinical call: 8am-4:30pm with optional night call and optional 24hour call.
• Practice Setting: Oncology and Hematology outpatient clinic. 
• Type of cases and required procedures: -Hematology outpatient care: Oncology outpatient care: Participation in tumor board
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):Cerner
• Certifications required: Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life support, Board Certification and will look at board eligible.
• Licensure required: MI state license required
