Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract role offers the opportunity to work onsite within a supportive educational team near Kansas City, MO, for the upcoming academic year from late August through late May.

Key Qualifications:

• Current SLP license
• CCC-SLP certification preferred
• School experience working with diverse student populations
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to adapt to different school settings and caseloads
• Passion for supporting communication development and student success

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech and language disorders
• Develop appropriate intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other support staff
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
• Attend meetings for IEP development and student progress review
• Provide guidance and resources to teachers and parents to reinforce strategies
