[Responsibilities]

- Develop and maintain comprehensive asset registers and equipment hierarchies for mechanical equipment using leading CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, etc.)
- Conduct asset walkdowns and field verifications to gather and validate equipment data
- Analyze P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation for accurate asset information
- Create and validate equipment master data, asset attributes, and Bills of Materials (BoM)
- Design, implement, and optimize preventive maintenance plans, job plans, task lists, and standard maintenance procedures
- Define and enhance maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations
- Prepare asset upload templates and support CMMS data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/OEMs to collect technical information
- Participate in client reviews, workshops, and technical discussions, providing regular progress reports

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in process or packaging plants (FMCG, pharma, food), with a focus on asset management
- Proficiency in Maximo, SAP PM, or similar CMMS platforms
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance planning and reliability engineering
- Experience with asset hierarchy structuring, equipment master data, and BoM validation
- Ability to interpret technical documentation and engineering drawings
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills

- Prior involvement in large-scale CMMS deployment or data migration projects
- Exposure to reliability improvement initiatives and best practices
- Familiarity with client standards for asset hierarchy and data management
