Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Milaca Elim Meadows Milaca Elim Meadows, a Cassia senior community, is currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional care to our residents. Position Type Part-Time or On-Call Shift Availability Evenings 3:00 PM - 11:15 PM (Part-Time) Wage Range $27.58 - $31.25 / hour depending on experience Shift Differential Evenings $3 /hour Nights $4 /hour Bonus $5,000 (Part-Time) Location 730 2nd St. SE, Milaca, MN 56353 Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Documents care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notifies Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and takes follow up action as necessary. Performs additional duties as required. Qualifications Must have current MN LPN license. CPR/ BLS certification preferred, or willing to get. Must have strong communication and organizational skills. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team.
