What You’ll Do Personally concept and produce high‑end Motion / 3D work, including sophisticated visual systems, animations, short films, and rapid prototypes. Guide small, senior creative teams (2–6 members) by actively working alongside them, providing mentorship and hands‑on support rather than managing from a distance. Translate intricate product positioning and advanced technology strategies into polished, high‑impact visual stories that resonate with target audiences. Act as the definitive technical and aesthetic quality reference across all projects, delivering precise, actionable, file‑level feedback to elevate output. Directly intervene during peak production periods to enhance key shots and ensure the highest finishing standards are maintained, even under tight timelines. What You’ll Bring Deep production expertise in Motion Design and 3D software, including industry‑standard tools for modeling, animation, rendering, and compositing. A minimum of 6 years of experience with a proven track record as a Senior Designer, 3D Artist, or working Lead. A compelling portfolio showcasing recent, real production work, complete with clear process breakdowns and explicit demonstrations of your personal contribution. A genuine passion for creation, believing that creative authority is earned through exceptional craft, not just titles. Active curiosity and engagement with emerging technologies, including real‑time rendering and AI‑assisted workflows. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $180k – $200k base salary.
