Warranty Administrator

Position: Warranty Administrator Job Type: Full-Time Experience: Warranty Experience Mandatory Earnings: Based upon experience Work Schedule: Monday-Friday You will report to the Service Managers of your respective dealership. This is not a remote position. Drug-free workplace. Must be willing to submit to a Pre-Employment Background Check, Motor Vehicle Report Review & Drug Screen. Submit claims of manufacturer warranty and follow up. Service contracts claim submission and follow up. Maintain receivables schedules. Work closely with a team of technicians, service writers, and supervisors. Investigate overdue, unsettled and short-paid claims. Maintain warranty database and records. Requirements CDK and Auto Dealer experience is required. Possess strong communication skills and customer service experience. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work well with others and be part of a team. Computer proficient.
