Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments remotely Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions Provide medication management and education to patients in collaboration with their treatment teams Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgement Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources Requirements Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure and compliance with local and national regulations Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in psychiatric mental health Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and remote patient care practices Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care delivery Benefits Flexible work schedule Full back office support Work flexible hours and be fairly compensated with above-average pay Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Contract Job function: Health Care Provider Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr Seasoned Recruitment
