Through ACC GROW, Austin Community College students learn, apply, and strengthen these real-world essential job skills, then move on to expand their digital fluency and polish their professionalism. Students who move through the entire process (to ACC GROW Associate III) evolve professionally, have increased earning potential, and are better prepared to meet the contemporary demands of Central Texas employers. Applicants must be currently enrolled in coursework at Austin Community College to qualify for this position. Position Purpose: The ACC GROW Associate III position is designed for advanced student employees who have demonstrated strong performance and competency growth in prior GROW roles. At this level, students take on greater independence and leadership in their assigned departments, often supporting special projects, training new team members, or optimizing workflows. Through continued mentorship and guided reflection, Associates III deepen their professional expertise in communication, leadership, and digital fluency, while contributing strategically to department goals. Completion of prior ACC GROW training modules or promotion from an Associate I or II level is preferred. Physical Requirements Work is routinely performed in a standard office, campus, or similar environment. May include a remote or hybrid component.
