WorkingcloselywiththePropertyManager,thisrolesupportstenantrelations,vendorcoordination,administrativefunctions,andproperty-relatedfinancialactivities.Theidealcandidateisproactive,personable,andcomfortablemanagingmultipleprioritiesinafast-pacedenvironment. KeyResponsibilities ProvidedailyadministrativeandoperationalsupporttothePropertyManager. Serveasaprimarypointofcontactfortenants,vendors,visitors,andserviceproviders. Coordinatetenantservicerequestsandworkorders,trackingprogressandensuringtimelyfollow-up. Assistwithaccountspayableandreceivable,includinginvoiceprocessing,coding,tenantbilling,andpaymenttracking. Maintainaccuratepropertyrecords,leasefiles,vendorcontracts,andotherdocumentation. Tracktenantandvendorcertificatesofinsuranceandcoordinaterenewalsasneeded. Assistwithpropertybudgets,financialreports,andotheradministrativereporting. Coordinatebuildingcommunications,tenantnotifications,andpropertyevents. Supportvendorcoordination,buildingaccessmanagement,andgeneralofficeoperations. Workcollaborativelywithpropertymanagement,engineering,accounting,andcorporateteamstoensureefficientpropertyoperations. Performadditionaladministrativeandoperationaldutiesasassigned. Qualifications Associatedegreepreferred,withaminimumoffiveyearsofrelevantprofessionalexperience.Recentgraduateswithafour-yeardegreeandlimitedexperiencewillalsobeconsidered,asthisisanexcellentopportunitytogrowintoaPropertyManagerrole. ProficiencyinMicrosoftWord,Outlook,andExcel. Strongorganizationalskillswiththeabilitytomultitaskandmanagecompetingpriorities. Detail-oriented,flexible,resourceful,andmotivated. Personableandapproachable,withexcellentcommunicationandinterpersonalskills. Strongcustomerserviceskillsareessential. WhyJoinStiles?
