Write clean, maintainable code using established patterns and best practices. Lead code reviews, manual testing, and automated testing to ensure high-quality software. Stay current on emerging technologies and evaluate their potential to improve our products. Leverage cutting-edge AI tools to drive engineering efficiency. Mentor junior engineers, offering guidance and support to help them grow. Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to team planning and retrospectives.
