Desired Qualifications:

• Active RN license (state or compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 1 year of recent Operating Room RN experience preferred
• Solid understanding of aseptic technique, surgical instrumentation, and perioperative procedures
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Scrub and circulate for various surgical procedures across specialties
• Ensure accurate surgical counts, specimen handling, and timely documentation
• Monitor patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively for optimal outcomes
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and supporting staff to maintain highest safety standards
