Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Company Description Academy ABA is expanding its interdisciplinary services at our established Roswell pediatric clinic. We are seeking a Georgia-licensed occupational therapist who would like to build a flexible, clinic-based caseload without the travel and administrative burden of starting a private practice independently. Role Description We are creating an opportunity for an experienced pediatric occupational therapist a who wants to own and grow their own independent practices- without starting entirely from scratch. Our established Roswell pediatric clinic can provide access to furnished treatment space, specialized pediatric equipment and a strong network of families seeking additional services. You would operate your own business, maintain control of your clinical practice and schedule, and develop your own caseload while working in a collaborative environment alongside experienced autism professionals. This opportunity may be ideal for a therapist who: Wants to transition from employment into private practice Already sees a few clients privately and wants to grow Wants a clinic-based caseload without traveling between homes Values interdisciplinary collaboration Has strong pediatric, autism, sensory, feeding, AAC or early-language experience Wants ownership without the cost and isolation of launching alone This is not a traditional employment position. It is an opportunity to build an independent pediatric therapy practice with infrastructure and professional support already available. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Occupational Therapy practice, including evaluation, treatment planning, and intervention for children. Strong skills in Pediatrics and Early Intervention, with experience supporting developmental, behavioral, and functional needs in young children. Proficiency in Sensory Integration approaches to address regulation, motor planning, and participation in daily activities. Hands-on experience working with children with autism and related developmental differences, including family-centered and culturally responsive care. Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (OT or OTR/L) in Georgia. Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team and communicate effectively with families and colleagues. Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including in-clinic services in Roswell, GA and appropriate remote documentation or coordination tasks.
