*** Must have 3 years of commercial roofing PM experience and be in the MD/ NVA area***

TopKey Construction is seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Construction

Roofing Project Manager to join their team. This role involves overseeing and managing

the entire Commercial roofing job from contract to completion for commercial new

construction and remodeling/renovation roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle multiple projects simultaneously and establish priorities.

 Work calmly under deadlines and pressure, ensuring tasks are completed

efficiently.

 Analyze contracts to ensure scope of work is accurate and pricing is secured.

 Able to source/procurement all related labor, material, equipment and other items

related to the job

 Attend various GC and customer meetings.

 Conduct site visits to document existing conditions.

 Develop and monitor construction schedules and change orders

 Maintain and growth customer relationships through successful project

management

 Perform independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

 Maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and exceptional work ethic.



Required Skills:

 Hands on commercial roofing experience, must know commercial roofing aspects

 Strong customer service skills with the ability to maintain positive client relations.

 Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail being critical.

 Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions in a timely manner,

considering objectives, risk implications, and costs.

 Must be a self-starter capable of performing independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

- Commercial Roofing project management experience

- Strong background in construction and cost control

- Experience with drawings and specs

- Knowledge of construction site operations and management

- Understanding of contracts and project management principles
