How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Produce high-quality radiologic images by expertly positioning patients and selecting precise exposure factors to ensure physicians have the clear data needed for accurate medical diagnosis.

• Prioritize patient safety and clinical excellence by strictly adhering to radiation protection guidelines and administering contrast media according to established safety regulations.

• Drive departmental efficiency by managing the integrity of images sent to PACS and proactively monitoring equipment functionality to ensure a seamless, high-standard experience for every patient.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• One or more of the following required:
  • Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.
  • Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
