Senior Accountant

We are partnering with a rapidly expanding, private equity-backed manufacturing company seeking a Senior Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, partnering across multiple business units, and contributing to the integration of newly acquired companies.

What You'll Do

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
• Manage intercompany accounting and reconciliations across multiple entities
• Assist with fixed asset, lease accounting, and treasury-related activities
• Support external audits and compliance requirements
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and accounting automation initiatives
• Partner with leadership on integration activities and operational accounting projects
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and internal control procedures

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 4+ years of accounting experience
• CPA or CPA eligible with intent to obtain is Preferred
• Manufacturing experience REQUIRED
• Public accounting and/or public company experience strongly preferred
• Strong foundation in US GAAP
• Experience with intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and multi-entity environments
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
