Senior Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience. Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage, handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Adhere to all Company policies and procedures. Work up to 38 hours per week. Qualifications Minimum age 18. Prior retail and/or management experience required. Lifting up to 50 pounds and physically demanding tasks (standing, walking, climbing ladders) exceeding 8 hours required.
