Strategic DoD Procurement Negotiator

RTX Corporation is seeking a senior procurement professional to join its Supply Chain team in the United States. You will lead supplier negotiations, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS and ITAR, and collaborate across functions to meet program milestones. You will review SOWs, develop PIAs/NDAs, manage proposals, qualify suppliers, and perform cost/price analyses to support sourcing decisions.
