We're seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our healthcare team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in assisting with surgeries, preparing operating rooms, and ensuring a sterile environment. Your expertise will be vital in supporting surgeons and ensuring patient safety during procedures.
To succeed in this position, you'll need to be certified as a Surgical Technologist and have a valid Virginia license or be eligible to obtain one. Prior experience in surgical technology is beneficial, but we also welcome those eager to learn and grow. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment are essential.
