Accounting Administrator

Key Responsibilities

- Process daily accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
- Record vehicle sales, wholesale deals, and related financial documentation.
- Verify and post vendor invoices, repair orders, and purchase orders.
- Assist with bank deposits, cash handling, and statement reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of dealership expenses and income.
- Prepare and distribute reports for management as needed.
- Support payroll processing and employee timekeeping when required.
- File and maintain accounting documents for audits and compliance.
- Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Perform other general office duties to support dealership operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of accounting or administrative experience, preferably in an automotive dealership or similar industry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with dealership management systems is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full-time, onsite position in a corporate office environment.
- Monday-Friday schedule. Business casual dress code.
