Call Center Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Call Center Manager to lead our customer engagement team to new heights! In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the call center, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective team management and strategic initiatives. Duties:
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets through coaching and motivation.
- Oversee outbound calling campaigns, warm calling strategies, and telemarketing efforts to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
- Implement and optimize sales automation technologies, including CRM software such as Salesforce, to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company goals, focusing on B2B (business-to-business) sales growth.
- Monitor call center metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement in customer service and deal closing efficiency.
- Foster a culture of consultative selling by training staff on technical sales experience, CRM system proficiency, and effective communication skills.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all client communications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing call centers or teams involved in inside sales or telemarketing environments.
- Strong knowledge of sales technology adoption, including CRM systems like Salesforce and sales automation tools.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting, hiring, and training outbound calling.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to engage clients effectively over the phone.
- Technical sales experience combined with customer service expertise to support consultative selling approaches.
- Business development experience with a focus on marketing integration and client relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software (such as Salesforce) and familiarity with call center operations is essential.
