Position Overview Medical/Healthcare company looking for a Medical Sales Representative in Hartford, CT. Responsibilities Build and manage a territory covering the Greater Long Island, Hartford, CT, and Western MA. Prospect, engage, and close sales with healthcare providers and medical equipment clients. Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and maintain a strong pipeline. Provide product education and demonstrations to potential buyers. Maintain accurate sales records and report on activity to management. Requirements 4+ years of full-line medical device sales experience, with a proven track record of territory success. Must reside in the greater Hartford, CT area or surrounding suburbs. Bachelor’s degree required. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. No job hoppers—looking for long-term candidates. Compensation & Benefits Base salary : $80K plus 1 year guarantee ( $140K before commission hits ). On‑target earnings (OTE) : $220‑235K in the first year with additional commission and car package.
