Salary Description
$16.00 - $17.00 / Hour

- Schedule staff and assign daily tasks
- Enforce store policies and operational procedures
- Support overall store operations and collaborate with leadership
- Manage lottery machine operations and front-end compliance
- Help improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly front-end area
- Previous customer service, retail, or front-end management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems
- Knowledge of customer service best practices and store procedures
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Willingness to collaborate with fellow employee-owners and management
- Flexible full-time availability (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
- Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25-50 lbs
