Hi, my name is Tony and I just want to be real with you for a minute. I am the proud owner of Aero Auto Repair & California Autohaus. I started in this industry as a technician, just like you. I worked my way up starting as a lube tech and floor sweep into an ASE Certified Mechanic with a passion for Mercedes.
I quickly burned out working for shops that overpromised and underdelivered. I was tired of being underappreciated. I was tired working with unsafe, aged equipment. I was tired of not having my voice heard. I was tired of working with no shop tools or support. I was tired of feeling like nothing I did mattered. I reached my breaking point and decided to start my own company and I vowed to change our industry and the way technicians are treated.

If you are tired of not earning what you are worth? Look no further! It is my goal that all of our technicians make AT LEAST 100k a year, with master technicians in the range of $120-$160k per year. I offer all technician's a base pay of double the minimum wage with a great production pay plan!
